Rental Period:

Every surface is subject to an initial 5 day rental period. Each additional day is charged per day. Late returns will incur a fee of £25 per additional day.

Online Bookings

Once you’ve added to your basket the surfaces you are interested in hiring and clicked ‘Enquire Now’, we will be in touch to discuss collection. Customers are to get in touch with us directly about any changes to the booking. 

Condition of the Painted Surface:

We dispatch our surfaces only when completely satisfied with their condition, and we diligently ensure they are free from damage. Each surface is coated with a polyurethane varnish to provide protection against light knocks and spills. However, we kindly request that care be taken when moving and storing the surfaces to prevent any potential damage.

Usage Restrictions:

The surfaces are not entirely heatproof, so it's important to use mats for items like saucepans. Please refrain from making holes, using sticky tape/glue, or any actions that may damage the texture of the surface.

Storage and Handling:

When not in use, please store surfaces in the provided case. Avoid placing items on top of them, and handle with care when moving. For cleaning, use a soft sponge and surface cleaner. Avoid using anything abrasive on the surfaces.

Liability:

Please be advised that the customer is responsible for the care and maintenance of the surfaces during their possession.

Delivery and Return:

The customer is responsible for both the collection and return of the surfaces. It is imperative that they communicate with us regarding the anticipated return date. When returning the surfaces, proper packaging is essential. If the customer requires courier services, please note that this would incur an additional cost.
